Now that the circuit courts will have unanimously upheld the block, I doubt they'll even be able to get four SCOTUS justices to request to hear the case.

I mean, Gorsuch already called Trump out on his comments about federal judges. He's an extreme partisan to be sure, but he's also gonna be thinking about his own legacy after Trump is impeached.

But in any case, if it does get heard, at least one out of Roberts and Kennedy, and probably both of them, would uphold the lower court rulings.
