Seems to be becoming more popular lately as a super "food" with tons of benefits. Is it legit?
I did a tablespoon shot today and it was awful

I've heard a lot about it too but haven't tried it either.

My wife does it. I made her start waiting until I leave for work until she takes the shot because it made her breath smell vile and I didn't like kissing her goodbye.

Only way I can do it is when I mix it in my pre-workout or BCAA's. Make sure to dilute w/ water or else the taste will haunt you for days. Also, go grab some different flavored Mio's to help the taste.

You really shouldn't shoot it. It is obviously acidic and will frick up your teeth.
If you are taking it as part of some BS alkaline diet then don't. And I highly doubt it "burns fat" or aids weight loss.
I occasionally add some raw organic ACV (with mother, unpasteurized) to water, as I like the taste and it is refreshing. Seems to calm stomach sometimes too. I assume it's because of probiotic properties.
The whole detox craze is also utter nonsense, so forget about that.
I use it in dressings and splash it on greens and the like because I like the flavor.
In short, it isn't a cure all and the FB claims are mostly bullshite, but it's a good product if your expectations are in line with reality.

Yep, I mix it with my urine for it to taste better

I mix a teaspoon of it with water every morning. Been doing so for a month or so. No noticeable benefits other than keeping me shitting on the reg.

It's a fad thing IMO. Back when I worked for GNC (~2009), it was a thing. I'm sure it has benefits to it but not on the scale that everyone is claiming.

I think it makes a fantastic spritz when smoking meats.

Ive read a ton about it but I have not jumped on the ACV train yet. So far I put it in the dogs water bowl. Helps with his coat and bad breath

Can you use any apple cider vinegar or do you have to get the raw, drink-purpose ACV?

i use it when i get the occasional heartburn. One cap full cures it almost instantly

I prefer keeping my tooth enamel.
