Surprised at the strength I have. I had strep two days ago.

Chain deadlifts
Beltless triples up to 455 with 75lb chains
Then a single of 505 with chains with belt

Lat pulldown with v bar
250 3x6

Face pulls
150 3x10

Concentration curls
20 2x10

Squats
225x20 4 sets

Calf raises
195x12 4 sets

Crunches and such

10 minutes rowing
