4x12 single leg Romanian deadlift
2x12 single leg leg press
2x12 leg press
4x12 cable crunch


Best leg workout in a long time. The 4-6k calories consumed yesterday must be helping a little.

Surprised at the strength I have. I had strep two days ago.

Chain deadlifts
Beltless triples up to 455 with 75lb chains
Then a single of 505 with chains with belt

Lat pulldown with v bar
250 3x6

Face pulls
150 3x10

Concentration curls
20 2x10
