rep day for chest/shoulders today.

good workout even though I was feeling weaker than usual.

Dynamic deadlift
315 with 160 bands 5x2 conventional, 5x2 sumo

Deficit deadlifts 1"
405 4x1 conventional

Deadlift
405 2x1 conventional, 2x1 sumo

Landmine rows
5 plates 3x5

Did all with hook grip and I have no problems with it anymore. Zero pain.
