After PRing Cindy yesterday, I decided to hit legs today.

In 30 minutes time:

Back Squat: Warmups, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5, 335x3
Front Squat: 225x5, 245x5, 265x5, 285x3

Rushed through it. I usually take longer breaks to get squats in because I want to work up to around 85%.

Impressive front squatting. I think what's holding me back is shoulder mobility.
