Squats
300x5, 330x3, 375x1+ (got 5), 330x3, 315x5, 300x7, 290x8, 275 8+

Sumo deadlift
335x5, 355x3, 375x3, 375x5, 375 x5, 335x3, 315x3

Banded deadlift
135 (plus 150 on bands) x 5 x 5

335 deadlift try for speed x 3

BB lunges
135 x 3

Goblet squats
X3x10

Dragon flag abs x 3

Bench day
255x5, 290x3, 325 1+(did 4)

All I could do today. Elbow getting sore. Gonna deload next week. Got my training max to 350 on bench though.

I need to get some elbow sleeves.
