Could be anything, help with finances, how to be happier, psychology books, etc.

I started the Happiness Equation Friday and so far its a really good read.

This was a great book on what wheat does to the body and how we got to consuming so much wheat as a society. Also talks about what happens when we consume less wheat and how it improves your overall well-being as well as your mental state.

7 habits, how to win friends, and think and get rich, art of war, and 48 laws of power are all really good.

Not self-help so much, more business, but Chip and Dan Heath's three books were really good.

How to Win Friends was one I couldn't get into.

The 7 Habits is the most important book I've read. I find concepts and themes from it in every other book I read or listen to. The Power of Habit was really interesting as well. Charles Duhigg is becoming one of my favorite authors
