All three charged with capital murder in the shooting of 6 year old Kingston Frazier.

Death penalty will be sought against the lone 18 year old (McBride). The other two are 17 and cannot receive more than life in prison per the U.S. Supreme Court.

As I said last week, these idiots made a huge mistake by dropping the car in Madison County.

Good. If that one gets the death penalty he's getting off easy. The other two are going to be living in hell when the other inmates find out they killed a 6 year old boy. Wish they could all fry.

I still can't understand why they didn't just park the car and walk away. Makes zero sense. They deserve whatever they get.

Screw them all. Hopefully, no chance of parole for the 2.

specifically McBride looks to be a few chromosomes short of an actual human being.

Horrible situation. They've upped the patrol cars in that area night and day.

I was in Madison this weekend and it was the talk of the town.

This sent ripples through the community and everyone was talking about death being a lucky way out.

Fellow inmates in Parchman are going to really "love" a couple young, clean guys that killed an innocent 6 year old black child in cold blood.

I don't know why this comes as a shock to people.

In Mississippi, there is no bond for capital offenses or murder.

One was out on $2500 bond for armed robbery when they committed the crime.

This is truly the best advice I have for the two not facing the death penalty:

IIRC the woman was also a child killer.

Glad to see there isn't a Judge Trudy White on the bench in that district.

I know the common answers, but still, one has to think how in the hell you get to a point that by 18 you are a murderer, or an accessory to one. Of a 6yr old to boot.

The whole deal has so much dumb in it. These guys DROVE into the parking lot in a car. Then, they stole the running car. I'm not sure who got into the stolen car. I assume the driver of the car they arrived in followed the driver of the stolen car. What was the point of stealing the car when they were in a car? Did they need a second car?

Then, there's a sleeping kid in the car, so rather than ditch it and run, one of them shot the child multiple times and they left the stolen car and hauled buns.

I read an article this morning in which the DA or maybe it was the police spokesman said they have no reason to believe this was anything but a random carjacking gone way south. So much dumb!

Death penalty is too merciful.

Likely sentenced to death at 18 years old. What a waste. I'm not saddened by the punishment. I am saddened that a young man chose to live his life this way. 18 years old, sitting in a stolen car shooting a 6 year old child in the head. When you run it all back and think about how everyone involved got to this point it really pisses you off in regard to the culture. An innocent child is dead and a young "man" will be dead in due time thanks in part to the circumstances of his upbringing steering him that way. I don't take the burden of choice and responsibility off his shoulders. But the influences (or lack of good ones) in his upbringing got him down this path and thats an all too often occurrence for young black men.
