Sucks but a small part of me is glad tonight happened. Shows what happens when you mentally checkout and start coasting. LeBron should be fricking embarrassed with his effort.

Haven't been able to enjoy a playoff game since Game 4 of the Finals last year.

This game showed the holes in Cleveland that will lead to a 4 or 5 game series against GS. That defense on the perimeter... woof.

I love people that post shite like this and make it clear to us that you haven't watched more than a couple of games in the playoffs.

That's why Kenny and Charles are still awesome- they recognized that the guy they needed to talk to was Jerebko- once he started getting pissed off things changed.

That Bradley shot with the bounces it had just sums up the difference between Boston sports and Atlanta sports. For Boston it goes in and they at least get to celebrate a game even if they have no realistic chance at the series. For Atlanta it goes out, its a loss in OT, and they get shite stomped to complete the sweep.

frick me running.

Which is why there is one maybe two coaches I'd trade Brad for.

Welp, MSB is in playoff form with the overreacting, what a mess this place is.

Man I love the overreaction of the NBA playoffs. It's only super ramped up when Lebron is involved. It's possible the Celtics get this to 6. But only if Isaiah stays out.

How does that happen? A guy of LeBron's stature who gets scrutinized with everything he does on the court just check out in a knockout game like this? Especially in the 4th when it counts the most

Jerebko speaks way better English than I thought he would.

its funny that he clearly learned from other basketball players it reminds of how Yao would drop slang naturally.

Huh?

I've watched every minute of the playoffs. Cleveland has been allowing open looks on the perimeter, but teams haven't been making shots. I said as much in a thread yesterday. Tonight, Boston made their shots.

Jonas Jerebko did a pretty good job of losing his Swedish accent

It looks like the Celtics went 10-20 from 3 in the second half, 10-18 in the last 18 minutes 24 seconds. The Cavs went 2-16 in the second half. The Celtics averaged 12 a game on 35.9% shooting.

Specifically, Smart went 5/6 (83.3%) in the second half (7/10 overall) compared to his season average of 28.3% and career average of 29.1%.

And Cleavland missed theirs. 2-17 from deep in the second half.

He didn't "check out". He said before the game that his shot wasn't falling and he wasn't happy with it. His team shooting fire in the first half and instead of missing shots, he was keeping the hot shooters involved.

But he could have kept driving and getting fouled even if his shot wasn't falling he could have played better on offense.
