Blossom Rot. Like others have said, it's either lack of calcium or irregular watering. You can buy blossom rot spray at Lowes.

Powdered lime at the garden store is also beneficial to tomatoes to prevent blossom end rot. Mix in the soil when you plant, or at the very leaset sprinkle some of this powdered lime on top of the ground around the plant. And don't overwater. Like another poster said, the plant will let you know when it needs water.
