I have Monitor Audios as well. I bought an integrated with a tube preamp and an external DAC that's non-oversampling in an attempt to add warmth, and I've been really pleased with the setup. Running a digital front end. Last photo I have on my phone:

Being honest, with today's tech and TV sizes, that looks really sad...
