Still don't know how to feel. The Brendan Frazier one was one of my favorite "fun" movies to watch growing up. I'm sure I'll see this tho.

Typical Hollywood.
The original was light and fun with a good mix of action and comedy.
This looks like Immotep sucked the soul out of the franchise.

This. I love Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz and their The Mummy series but this Tom Cruise movie is obviously a completely new and different theme for The Mummy. Looking forward to seeing it.

Me. Tom Cruise's movies are usually entertaining. I have a pretty good idea of how this monster universe is gonna shape up but I still want to see it.

I'm with you on this. I didn't like the idea of a mummy reboot until I saw the trailer and realized that they weren't rebooting the Fraser series but bringing a new monster into fold.
