Dewberry has scolded many here for tell him, in plain abbreviated English, that IF he had enough money in a liquid account then the check would have been cashed. He claims he:
This statement is idiotic. CDs and investment accounts like IRAs simply do not apply. And having "some moneys" in a liquid account isn't enough.
What matters is HOW MUCH over the amount of the check did he have in the liquid account he is listing? Is the check a personal check or a business check? What is his average monthly balance on the account of the liquid account he is signing with the check.
