Regional if you have to play 4/5 games and CWS if you fall into losers bracket is when you need more pitching.
In a regional, if the other team has to play 4/5 as well then both teams are in the same boat, they are down in their pitching too.
Only good thing about Omaha is the park plays so big you might be able to win low scoring games.
