I try to always by organic when I can. I'm not going to go to another store if one item isnt organic that I need... but I've been known to just do without that specific ingredient. Not everything I buy is organic though... mostly fruits and veggies, beans and grains
First city I lived in southern Oregon didn't allow anything that was GMO, so all restaurants and stores had to abide by that, lots of local and organic stuff. Makes shopping pretty damn easy
I think it's worth the extra cost, it's not THAT much more expensive. And I'm willing to pay the extra.
Taste a conventional banana and organic banana side by side, you will be able to taste the difference. I buy organic because a lot of the time it tastes better to me.
