Where does it say Seth Rich was the one who sent those emails and attachments? It just said he was in contact with MacFayden. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but this isn't even close to proof.

Let me get this straight.
1) There is an "FBI forensic report."
2) This report was prepared within 4 days of Rich's murder.
So the implication here is that the FBI became immediately involved in this case, impounded his computer, and reviewed 44k emails - within 4 days of his death?
Are these the facts we're gonna go with here?
