Every team up to this point has determined the risk of him being a complete team distraction outweights the chances of him being a player that can help you win big.
He wants starter money and the rest of the league told him to pound sand. The baggage is just a cherry on top. Same with Ryan Fitzpatrick. Any other "explanation" is an excuse for his own delusion and garbage counsel; this was made horribly evident in his first full year in which he got exposed in the passing game. How did he conquer his inability to read defenses and go through progressions? He spent all offseason in the weight room and none in the film room. Delusional and unreasonable = no contract.

That's a pretty sweet shirt.
Pretty sure the companies page crashed bc so many people were trying to order them after that show

Also, I would have cut him the first time he sat during the preseason, but that's just me.
And John Lynch would have taken your job too. You can't cut someone making that much with two years left on their contract.

Wait, what? I'd easily take 32 QBs over him.
Considering his baggage, sure, but his on field performance is slightly above average. NFL average passer rating in 2016 was 87.6. Kaep was at 90.7, ergo, slightly above average.

He got you with his shinny hook.

Are there 64 better qbs in the league than him??
this is such a dumb argument people make and shows they don't truly understand a back up QB's role in the NFL.

Bomani and Jemele Hill only have jobs because they push an agenda

He's one of the arguments against only using passer rating. Yes he had a high rating, but dude couldn't even get over the 60 percent completion mark. If you still want to use passer rating, he had one of the worst in the NFL when given a clean pocket.
He's not very good, no argument here, but he's a better QB statistically than someone like Eli Manning. I don't believe the risk/reward for starter money is worth it for an owner, but if he's willing to come in at a manageable number, he's a solid addition. If Seattle picks him up it would make a lot of sense.

You seem so above it all, nothing catches you off guard I bet! You're wise to all the parlor tricks, you don't get fooled. Can my gf blow you?

Or because he is an average QB that thinks he should be paid top 10 $. Plus what owner wants to take a risk on him after the side show last year? QB is not really the high risk/high reward spot on the roster.
So according to Bomani (who is a jackass), being a responsible owner/GM = racist. Got it.

Well, this is fun.

He can't let it go. That Cam thread scarred him.

Y'all can't defend the facts. It is what it is.
One great season for an average QB. There really is no argument to be made for him as being in the top tier, or even in that next tier. You can say a thread scarred me (LMAO), though I was proven right in the long run. He is exactly what I said he is.
