I recruit for a major construction equipment company. At least once a day I'm shocked by a dumb decision a candidate is making. A lot of grown men that can't figure out how to go about the process and make a sound decision.

Point is, I couldn't imagine recruiting teenagers to go and play football. Most adults don't even know what they want or how to get it if they do.

It will always fascinate me when people get all jacked up about a kid 'flipping' or whatever. People do stupid stuff. Kids do even stupider stuff.

No idea why I thought of this as a I watch the baseball game but here we are. Happy Saturday folks.
