I have a 24 volt trolling motor on a 19' fish master. Just trying to see if I can use just one I fish with my wife and i am trying to make it easier on myself when I am on the trolling motor to stop and help her without the boat going all over the place. Not sure I can afford both right now. I guess which should I get first

Really depends on how you fish.... do you use a trolling motor alot moving while u fish? Do you just pull in and anchor and when u fish?
If you only buying one then I say ipilot. I put one on my boat last year and love it. I didnt want to put the money out for both at the time. But if its windy or alot of current it can really work hard to keep u in position. If we gonna stay a while I'll throw down my cajun anchor and let
the ipilot chill.
But before next season Im adding a power pole to my boat.
