Also would like to compare it to Poke Loa.

Poke Loa hands down is better than Southfin. I've had bowls from both places; My Poke loa bowl was leftovers from the night before which was refrigerated and brought to BR, while Southfin bowl was ordered to-go. Southfin's protein portion for a large was pathetic. Also the rice was long grained which was unusual and very bland (I don't think the rice was cooked with any rice vinegar?). I really thought with all the extra toppings it would blow me away but very underwhelming.

If you've ever had Foodland's Spicy Ahi tuna Poke or any of their poke, these places are mediocre.
