Do you guys think we are having problems with qbs because we tell them to be conservative when they get here when they were gunslingers in highschool and they become to timid and kill confidence? Just really wondering.

It was because LSU recruited Gun QBs to run I formation. New system should really help out QBs. Very few true Pro Style/under center guys and LSU never really got one.

YES! As part of our QB recruiting strategy, we tell all HS prospects that they should lose all aspirations of becoming an NFL prospect and they should prepare for intentional regression over the course of their career (if they are allowed to stay here that long). Their primary job will be to handoff to our RB's, all of which will go on to illustrious and lucrative NFL careers. As a perk, they will get to tell their grandkids about the HOF'ers they were honored to feed the rock to.
