Two huge things being overlooked are the SB loser's hangover (especially when it's the biggest collapse in sports history blowing a 28-3 lead with 18 minutes left) and Car losing DC Sean McDermott to a head coaching job.
Car and Atl are going to be different teams this year.
TB is going to be interesting to watch.
Meanwhile our coaching staff was addition by subtraction, and we lost the least amount of impact players in the division (just Cooks) while adding a ton of pieces on both sides.
Edit:
Forgot Atl losing Shanahan. Combine that with the hangover and they are doomed.
So both Atl and Car lost their best coordinator.

This, I mean we lost Evans but gained Warford. We lost Cooks (a blow for sure) but added Ginn Jr. (who had 10 TDs a year ago) and Adrian fricking Peterson. We also added the second best pass catching RB in the draft behind McCaffrey in Alvin Kamara.
Our offense might not be as explosive without Cooks, and he will be missed, but it should be more controlling, more powerful and more methodical. We have 3 legit RBs and a top 5 offensive line in the NFL. I also think people are undervaluing Ginn Jr. He is no Cooks but he's still fast as shite and can be as good as Snead. Oh and we have a guy named Drew Brees.
Defensively, we lost Byrd but basically only added new players. We added Klein, Teo, Anzalone, Williams, Lattimore, Okafor, Hendrickson and Bush. I mean I guess safety could be a downgrade because we lost Byrd and added a rookie who will likely start. But I just don't see how anyone can think we can't at least be better on defense with our additions.
Actually, if Williams can be our Michael Thomas esqe second round pick for the defense, and Lattimore stays healthy and produces as well as Rankins did last season, I don't see how we COULDNT be better on defense.
