It looks like everyone is dumping everything to pick up BTC and then moving to a wallet.
Wouldn't it make sense to pick up some of the alt coins as they sell off and hold through Aug 1? After Aug 1 it seems like people will move their BTC back to the exchanges and be looking to diversify again.

That's kind of what I was saying in my previous post, everything is getting dumped to buy and hold BTC right now, but after Aug 1st at least some of that money should come back into the alts.

1 BTC turns into 1 BTC and 1 BCC.
Of course the price of both will plummet after a contentious hard fork, so you go from a $2,700 BTC today to a $1,100 BTC and $50 BCC tomorrow. But you get a FREE BCC!!

No, that's why I said 'free'. People are acting like they are going to be getting free money. Where is this money coming from? It has to come from somewhere so something else (btc or somewhere else) is going to lose value.
It smells bad.
What if people are overspending on btc right now to get a free coin that will be next to worthless, along with a big drop in btc value. Those people are getting double screwed. The big time money is staying away right now. They at least aren't buying btc or dumping alts in favor of btc
