has their ever been a year where it didnt rain? you would think they would move it to another part of the year where its not always threatened by weather

You want them to move every event in March and April?

Eta: Hogs for the Cause, Wed @ tSquare, French Quarter Fest, Cresent City Classic, etc.

Have you ever seen the festival and events calendar for Nola during the spring and fall?
Even the folks at Hogs for the Cause know that moving weekends would be a bad idea since they have a good weekend established.
