Lenny kravitz was amazing, Joan Baez looked like she knew her songs didn't really do anything and seemed disillusioned and pearl jam was amazing.

But all that was second fiddle to lettermans beard.

Yes was tighter than I thought they'd be and geddy filled in nicely
Alicia keys was the showstopper though
