880 lightning strikes in the last 30 mins according to Scirto. It's a show.

This last burst of rain brought the water up a foot again. Got into our garage again and leaked into the office.

Thankfully we have a good amount of rain free weather at my location till the cold front finally brings the last remaining showers through.

It looks like storms should mostly line out overnight but there could always be an embedded spin up:



After that passes, it looks like Wednesday could be another day to watch:



Both the 12z Euro and GFS showed over a foot of rain for parts of S. Louisiana. The GFS is below:
