Is there a better athlete in soccer?

Ronaldo may be a better soccer player but Alexis is a better athlete. Balance, coordination, etc. Ronaldo has the footwork and technical skills on him for sure.
I'm a soccer noob though so my opinion means shite. Lol.

I can't decide if it would be funnier to watch United fail to make top four after spending so much or City missing after bringing in Pep. Either way, I'll be happy.
City actually spent more than United so them going trophy less and no top four with the mighty Pep would be awesome

Which is completely bonkers considering the Pogba deal.

I hate trying to say "best athlete in the world" because there are many definitions of athleticism. Other sports have freakish athletes that have advantages over Ronaldo while he blows them away in others.
But when it comes to soccer players, yeah, Ronaldo is the pinnacle.

At least UEFA is refunding £40 mil after abiding to FFP

Yeah, United hardly spent to bring in Pogba. They also didn't pay Mou very much.

City have taken a big step back this season. There was really no reason to get rid of Pellegrini, IMO.
I see the same issue city had under pellegrini, stretches of games the players go through a lull. Like just going through the motions. They should be much better than that.

I will need to go watch some more games of Ronaldo in his prime. He is the best player without a doubt but I don't recall being as impressed with his balance, strength and coordination as I am with AS. CS is widely considered the worlds best athlete and a quick google search confirms it so hard to say you are wrong.

This isn't anything of him in games, but it shows just how athletic and powerful he is.
It's a long video but definitely worth while.

I love clowning SCH as much as the next guy, but he said "more."

It's what happens when your players don't play for the badge
Hart did, kun does, Fernandinho does but other than that I got nothing

I'm talking about the culmination of spending so much over the past 4-5 years, not just one summer.
Posted on 4/23/17 at 12:21 pm to jackwoods4
Sounds more like moving the goalposts to me but ok
Posted on 4/23/17 at 12:21 pm to StraightCashHomey21
This top four race just got real interesting with Liverpool dropping points
Posted on 4/23/17 at 12:21 pm to jackwoods4
Again, you think City hasn't spent more? Keep those posts steady, pal.
