Illegal immigration costs U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion a year at the federal, state and local level.
Illegal immigration is down 70%. That is saving the US 80 Billion per year.
Simple enough?

Trump could discover a cure for cancer and all these no Trump/my candidate sucked and bailed one month in the primary, my candidate got fricked by the DNC or my gal lost because of the Russians fricks would still find something to bitch about it. The will never accept anything short of the stupid idea of Mexico writing us a check.

Even though most of us accepted the fact in the primary.

He also didn't give 35 million to the U.N. which was earmarked for abortion funding.

Totally bogus article which cites all right wing anti-immigration websites for its "statistics".
Like the statistic you regularly see that says illegal immigrants commit 13.4% of all crimes in the country, but neglects to mention that 91% of the illegals' crimes were illegal entry into the U.S. -- which is included in the 13.4% figure.
There is a cost for sure of illegal immigrants in the country, but articles like this intentionally distort the costs for effect.

Legally, funds will have to be appropriated for a $20B expenditure. Not even our government can fudge that much money in a single undertaking.

Truth is not what the Left wants to hear, MB. They want to "fundamentally change the Nation" to Global Authoritarian Socialist. Period.

What? Are you saying that breaking certain laws shouldn't be counted? It is called ILLEGAL immigration for a reason.

No, no, no. Mexico was supposed to write a check with "wall money" written on the memo line.
If that doesn't happen, it doesn't count.
Oh, and melt!

10 times this amount is wasted every year, probably more. The fact that people are fricking apoplectic over this money is completely ridiculous and outright disingenuous.
I could cut 100s of billions from the budget and 99 percent of the country would never notice.

Your math is wrong.
ETA:
Also, you not spending x amount on y does not mean that you get to spend z amount on w. FFS.

True. I am by no means an expert when it comes to the Fed. budget...but there are plenty of govt departments, agencies, programs that he could cut back a little funding here and there. We see the waste everyday. Does he really have to have all of at once? The fact it is going to take several years, just project the cost per year and put it in the budget. There are many ways. My biggest beef is the people posting as if Mexico was going to cut us a check...knowing damn well that was not how it was to be done, but they post it anyway.

Yeah, that's pretty disingenuous coming from an obamaphile. His student loan EO alone was over 15 billion iirc, and collectively his EO'S cost taxpayers over 700 billion.

Jug-ears doubled the debt (added 10 trillion) in 8 years. Nothing to show for it either.

Yeah...that was and still is something I can't grasp on this board. I assumed early on...you supported your party and when people posted anti Trump things, I assumed they were Hillary supporters. Obviously not the case. I was a Rand then Cruz supporter, and end the end it was Trump...anyone but Clinton.
