Nothing worse than pulling out of Pelican Point on two dollar off Tuesday, your $3 car wash on shine, and then bam Alejandro blows a nice cloud of clippings and lawn dirt all over you.

That's just poor etiquette. When edging/blowing at the street, one should wait for cars to pass.

I used to have a similar problem with sprinklers hitting my car on Southwestern between Skillman and Greenville Ave in Dallas. Those apartments in The Village watered nearly every day in the summer.
