Rabideauxs regular sausage is awesome too.

I like best stop and I'm from Acadia parish if that means anything. That being said the little joint north of I-10 at the Henderson exit isn't bad either. Prolly a touch more liver, think it's Hebert's. They have Tasso poboys too.

If you want fire in the arse jam stuffed into a casing and called boudin then get dons. Billys is good, but frick that line.
Beststop has their own andouille (keep stocked in my freezer) and pretty good Tasso as well. They also have some good brisket, deer and steens fresh sausage.
