Are there offseason camps for kickers similar to the Clarkson or Gruden QB camps? It seems like it would be a good investment since a kicker's mechanics and psychology are such specialized areas.

Yes. Only reason I know that is because the kickers/punters who died in the car wreck last year were at a kicking camp at the time.

yes, Kohl's has one. Google their youtube videos. They work with elite high school prospects all the way up to NFL players.
