This is a great year for gaming

I mean it's only April and all these fricking amazing games have come out. You got Horizon Zero Dawn, Breath of the Wild, Mass Effect Andromeda, that kinky Japanese hack and slash Nier and even more to come.
Nintendo has promised a big E3 this year and are slowly releasing games like Skyrim, Mario Kart Deluxe, Arms, etc.
I mean, frick.
Screw you 2016 (outside of Alabama football of course). 2017 is taking a shite on you right now.

He could sub in Nioh, Yakuza 0, Gravity Rush 2, Persona 5, Resident Evil 7, Tales of Berseria, etc. All of those are this year and have way higher review scores.
Also, can't help but feel insulted by that Nier definition.

More I play Horizon, the less I like it. I've done all the cauldrons and longnecks and shite, so I'm just doing side quests now and they're all frickin terrible. Think I'm just gonna finish main story and be done with it. At least the main story is interesting

Nier is everything I hoped it would be and more.
On the Andromeda note, it's not a bad game per se. It's just not as good as it was marketed to be. Which to be honest I expected, but nevertheless a big game. It was recent so I guess I should substitute Resident Evil in there

Resident Evil 7 was such a massive letdown. The first half of that game is brilliant but the ending is so goddamn lame.

The only complaint I have with this game is that I wish the open world was more interactive, but the story blew me away.
I feel like it's neck and neck with BOTW. But I kind of favor Nier bc of the original story.
And damn Xbox doesn't have anything great that's exclusive

I got the plat, but mainly because it was just easy to get. The side quests did get boring. The main story is great though. Hope they have some DLC that continues the main story.
