Les the family man has the opportunity to watch his son play on Saturdays if he's not coaching anywhere. He's the next Archie Manning. Get ready to see him shown in the stands every week. Not that I blame him.

In the business world, its called a "golden parachute". Past success rewards future incompetence. Les brought a lot of excitement to the program for a few years, les not forget

No, not really, he applied and interviewed for every opening as he was supposed to per his contract. Plus there is an incentive to hire him because they can pay him so low relative to other coaches, as LSU will be forced to offset the difference. AD's didn't hire him because they know he is a mediocre coach at best.
