Wins have always been a part of the equation for MVP. Plus minus. Never mentioned much til this year.
So wins matter, but the team around them, should and does matter, which is evident in how much better teams are with an MVP player in the court.

+4 when on for Russ would be the worst ON numbers for an MVP it's laugablt pedestrian. No worries about his teammates when he's off the floor. Look at how unimpressive they are even when he plays.
