On/off isn't very important. We focus on ON. And they aren't close.

If you want to focus on wins, then you have to consider how the team performs when that player is no in the game. For example, Houston had played almost 20 games worth of minutes without Harden on the floor. They still outscored their opponents by a substantial margin.

OKC gets outscored substantially when Westbrook isn't on the floor.

So if you want to discuss wins, but ignore that Houston is good enough to have a winning record without Harden, then you clearly don't value the wins themsleves. You just want to pick and choose like a hack, which is inexcusable since you're knowledgeable.
