re: The Patriots remove Joe Mixon from their draft board

Does anyone know the backstory on mixon? Was the restaurant incident his only issue with violence? What he did was horrible and I'm not defending his actions for a second but I'm glad the saints are bringing him in to get to know him a little more. Kids who come from a household that doesn't provide them with a lot of formation are essentially going to be functioning socially as a child at the age of Mixon in this video. Even his "fake out" looks like something a 10 year old would do. From looking at it he had turned 18 the day before this incident occurred and it looks like there was a lot of stuff going on before the violence happened. Hopefully he takes whatever chance he gets and does well, and has matured into manhood over the last few years.
