Changing Norco to a schedule 2 accelerated this. Are prescription opiates a problem? Yep. But changing this had consequences. Made Norco much more expensive, and bumped Oxys up a notch. All of this made a new crop of people belly up to heroin as a cheaper alternative. They started running low on heroin I guess so they started cutting it with fentanyl.
Total shitshow now.
