That's by far the biggest problem. I've seen sites that list LA with a lower than average overall tax burden (LINK /)
but we get shite roads, shite schools, and undermanned police forces to show for it. The corruption in this state is insane.

Look at the date of that study, I doubt out tax increases of 4/1/16 were considered when the data in that report was collected.
