anyone buy a ruger pistol recently? (no bag included)

Picked up a mark 4 yesterday and it wasn't sent with a bag. Just a cardboard box with a small foam insert to cushion the top with sights.
Anyone else run across this? In the past they included a small bag. Just going to have to look on midway and see what I can find

It usually depends on the model. I know on some of their budget guns they don't include a bag but with others they do. Check with Ruger first - they may send you a free bag if they meant to pack one with that model.

I hate the needless cases and bags, I usually chuck them as soon as I get home. They are just space eaters to me.

bought the ol lady a ruger LC9S did not come with a bag
