This board loves to throw around cuck and GOPe. The truth is that many congressional Reublicans are representing the interests of their constituents. That's kinda how things are designed to work. A lot of Republican voters like certain components of ObamaCare. Otherwise, Republicans would be united in straight up repealing it, no?
