Ah only one of those i've had was at dfw, the jump up is fun. Now just as we get on the 847pm flight and taxi to the north runway, air traffic control blocks all north/westbound traffic due to lightning. I give up today

I don't fly that often, but I had an aborted landing on Lufthansa into Charlotte from Munich less than 200 ft off the ground. We were darn near wheels touching. I'll never forget because as soon as he dropped the hammer with the power, literally instantly 5 people around me threw up. Literally 5, one was a kid about 12 across the aisle from me. There was a strong wind like 35-40 mph and it blew the plain off the runway.
