So, I'm a way more experienced BBQ eater than pitmaster, but this post from Chef Rob got me curious.
Aren't burnt ends made from trimming off the point of the brisket then finishing them? So wouldn't this mean he found a cheaper source of brisket and not a cheaper source of burnt ends?
I do need to go back there and get some more ends though. Been a while. Got wings last couple times in there.

Makes sense. The burnt ends at the new location aren't as good as what was happening at Jackson St.
