Common is already recognized by any hip hop fan/critic with any knowledge as one of the best. Drake will never have that privilege. Drakes is pop personified. His biggest fan base are teenagers. So basically he is the Britney Spears of his time. Congrats.

Quentin Miller helps write a couple songs on IYRTITL and all of a sudden somebody wrote Drake's Stay Schemin' verse? You're reaching further than Common did.

I have to say Eminem.
Even in his worse songs the lyrics are stinging.
Also, whenever he is on a collaborative song , he owns it.

Put him against any rapper and he wins..
