THANK YOU - That's the example I couldn't put my finger on. I knew we were part of an RFA trade for less than tender fairly recently.

People put ridiculously high tenders on their players on purpose. That's why hardly any players sign an offer sheet. Also why I don't complain about players wanting a new contract. They have a limited time to play and have to maximize it where they can. NFL is not very player friendly on the contract end.
