first thing when you get pulled over do not get out of your car unless they told to do so. also do so with slowly with your hands up.

He wasn't pulled over. It was a traffic accident. The cop was just now getting there.

he was parked on an incline and it was hard to open the door. He clearly had his wallet in his hand.

you can always tell who comments without reading.... He was never even pulled over. He was waiting for an officer to clear his accident.

yeah however many months of paid leave will totally make them learn their lesson. Amazing that no matter how incompetent you are it's almost impossible to be fired from a govt job
