For the "They are terrible!" crowd note that you rank #12 over ten years with 1 HOFer (Evans), 13 great, 13 average, and 74 that did not play at all or were useless players. The perception that they are bad to me is that peeps do not understand how low the average success rate is. Yeah, I want better too but they are in the upper half. I think the 2016 draft added to the equation would only boost their rating as well.

Someone posted success rates for each round (which I had bookmarked on my old computer) and the numbers would shock most people.

I think it was less than half of 3rd rounders ever start (period) in the league. Not one start.
