Or can't competently answer. They published some videos about Tibet some years back. So there's their targeting of China. They also leaked some stuff about an Iranian nuclear accident and some random corruption and scandals in various shithole countries. Everything else has been a US or US ally interest. Notably the Brits, Germans, and TPP

Why haven't they done anything to really get after the clandestine services or key interests of Russia and China--the two most oppressive world powers on Earth who also happen to be aggressive worldwide intelligence collectors. Why is a freedom fighter like Snowden living as a tool under the paw of a corrupt autocrat?
