Looks like an offset lock miter. If you're going to be running a lot of these, you definitely want to get a shaper and not a router. Shapers are setup for heavy, large volume use. They also run with less vibration, which means a cleaner cut if you are running the joint down a long beam.

I'm wondering if one bit cut both those.

One board cut face up
One board cut face down.

It's either a shaper or router and I'd bet anything it's a shaper.

Google "lock miter shaper bit"
