OK google "Ethiopian Food" I bet 90% of the responses are Injera with pastes and sauces on top. What I posted is what most consider ethiopian. Injera with sauces and pastes.

Abyssnia and Nile are pretty solid in NOLA. The setup at Absynnisa(sp?) can be a little weird.
